We want you to love your LILY & ROO jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all standard pieces in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, and custom-engraved items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the jewelry in its original LILY & ROO gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
